The bill (Reg. No. 2409) was elaborated in order to refine the procedures that are applied when terminating entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs that do not have employees.

Committee members believe that the suggested refinement of the procedure of termination of entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs that do not have employees is built upon the constitutional and legal bases.
